‘CAN PRISONS WORK?’ A talk by Anne Owers, Chief Inspector of Prisons in the hall at 7.30 p.m. Come and hear an expert independent voice on this crucial aspect of the criminal justice system. The event has been organised by local volunteers in support of a local charity, Prisoners Education Trust, that works to give prisoners a second chance through education..
