The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, a leading Catholic School in London is set to celebrate the career and work of one of its most distinguished Headmasters this month. Michael Gormally, who retired this year on grounds of ill-health, was thirty years with the School, thirteen of them as Headmaster. During this time he served the School with profound dedication and loyalty. He has been the very embodiment of the School’s motto – amare et servire – to love and serve.
To mark his retirement a Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 23 September at 7:00 P.M. at Westminster Cathedral at which all former pupils, parents, friends and colleagues are invited to attend.
