Our post-Confirmation group, builds on the friendships and experiences of your confirmation. It is a

place for young people to get to know each other better and have fun.

It is also a place for young people to use their energy and talents to make our church comminity a more vibrant and welcoming place.

As well as trips out, having fun and eating food, the group is challenged to develop through discussions, practical projects, fundraising etc.

Please can you advise when registration will take place for confirmation. As yet no details have been in the weekly newsletter.

Confirmation 2010/11

The confirmation course for 2011 will start on Sunday 9th January. Details of the course will be appearing in the newsletter this Sunday (Sunday 24th October) to be followed by a registration form that can be collected from the church the following Sunday. The closing date for registrations will be Sunday 28th November. Sr Dorothy is over seeing the confirmation course registration and so if you have any questions then please do get in contact with her. Gerard Cook, Youth Minister.

Confirmation 2010/11

The confirmation course usually runs from January through to May/June and details about enrolment will be published nearer to the time. The confirmation course is usually for those young people in year 8 of secondary school. The post confirmation youth group is a weekly social event for young people in year 9 of secondary school to allow them to met up with all of the friends that they have made on the confirmation program. There is also a weekly youth group for all young people in school years 7 and 8 which meets at 7:30pm on Tuesdays, Term Time, in the Youth Room. I hope that this answers your questions.
