Prayer meetings are held in the Sacred Heart Parish Lower Hall and include Scripture, Rosary, Hymns and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. A newsletter with Our Blessed Mother's monthly message given at Medjugorje and the relevant information is distributed every month. Further information accessible via www.medjugorje.org.uk which links to the official Shrine of Peace website where you will find testimonies by bishops and other clergy, archives, Zadar declaration, statistics, retreats, history, messages etc. You will see also the weekly programme of the Shrine as approved by the local bishops.

Our prayer group has been blessed initially by Fr Kenneth Nugent SJ, former parish priest, by Rt Rev. Bishop Tripp, by Rev Fr Gerard Mitchell SJ and also by Rev Fr Slavko Barbaric OFM. Past guest speakers include Rev Fr John Edwards SJ, Rev Fr Anthony Symondson  SJ and Rev Fr John McCaffery OFM, Spiritual Director to the Medjugorje Apostolate.
